Twisted Bow

The Twisted Bow is extremely cost so much OSRS gold for a number of reasons. One of which is that it is capable of firing any kind of arrow in the game. It is so expensive item in OSRS as well because it stands out from other bows and weapons in the game. It uses an approach in which the damage and accuracy of the bow an attack increased according to the magic level and accuracy of your foe. So if you are using the bow against the likes of brutal black dragons, Commander Zilyana, Alchemical Hydra, and other high magic enemies, then you will find that the OSRS Twisted Bow is particularly devastating. Even the likes of Nylocas Vasilias, Toxobolos, and Tzkal-Zuk fear the bow even with their lower magic capabilities. Even PvP situations can take advantage of the bow if it is in the right hands, but just keep in mind that you are doing so at your own risk when going against players instead of monsters.

In terms of the stats, the Twisted Bow OSRS offers players a weapon that caps damage at 250, with accuracy capped at 140. This alters in the Chambers of Xeric, where damages hit 350 and accuracy rises to 250. The bow has a maximum hit which sits at 83 when you use dragon arrows, and 99 attack range if you have the necessary OSRS items and effects for boosting damage. If you have the Elite Void Knight equipment handy, then you can get a max hit of 101 in the Chambers of Xeric.

Looping back around on the arrows that you can use you should opt for dragon arrows for maximum impact. However, if you happen to be using an Ironman account, then you should opt for fletching amethyst arrows instead. This is because when using dragon arrows need to lean on luck more than anything, and you aren’t really getting much benefit from the ranged strength as well.

Twisted Bow Trivia

You may have noticed a couple of years ago that the OSRS Twisted bow was added to the farming guild accidentally. This was altered shortly after, so those who managed to notice it here were lucky to see it.

What’s more, there are a couple of instances in which you may have spotted the OSRS Twisted Bow out on your travels through the world of Old School Runescape. For example, if you have been to the Theatre of Blood, then you may have noticed the ranger outside holding one of the bows. The webs in the room where you find Nylocas Vasilias also have a bow in them, though you can’t actually gain access to this item as it is simply there for cosmetic purposes. It could be a less than subtle hint, given the effect of the bow in this area. However, examining it will just see a message appearing on the screen which reads, “It seems like the owner must’ve dropped it, how unfortunate!” So in other words, don’t get your hopes up that you might have snagged yourself a free bow.

So that is everything that you need to know about the Twisted Bow, and you should now have more of an insight on just why it is so expensive. It is going to set you back heavily in terms of OSRS gold, but given what it is capable you can definitely see why it is valued so high.
